[Pork Shoulder] | [1 4lb]
[Brown Sugar] | [2 Tablespoons]
[Seasoning Salt] | [2 Tablespoons]
[Paprika] | [2 Tablespoons]
[Complete Seasoning] | [2 Tablespoons]
[Palace Gold BBQ Sauce] | [1 Bottle]
[Cole Slaw] | [1 8oz]
[Hawaiian Hamburger Buns] | [1 Loaf]
- Place pork shoulder in slow cooker; add ingredients and pour only half bottle of Palace Gold BBQ sauce. Cover and cook on high for first 2 hours and turn down to low for the last 3 hours
- Uncover and shred pork shoulder with 2 forks; add other half of Palace Gold BBQ sauce and stir up sauce and juices in meat.
- Toast buns; add pork to buns and top with coleslaw. Now we’re ready to eat.
