[Summertime Shrimp Boil]

Ingredients

[Shrimp] | [1 Pound Peeled and Deveined (Tail on)]

[Scallops] | [1 Pound]

[Corn On the Cob] | [4 Ears]

[Old Bay Seasoning] | [1/2 Cup]

[Onion] | [1]

[Red Potatoes] | [1/2 Pound]

[Slice Whole Lemon] | [1]

[Lemon Pepper Sauce] | [1/2 Cup]

[Smoke Sausage] | [1 Pound]

[Bell Pepper] | [1]

[Celery] | [1 Stalk]

 

Directions

Cut 2 of the lemons into quarters. Slice the remaining lemon into wedges and reserve the wedges for garnish.

Fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water along with the Old Bay seasoning, bell pepper, celery and onion. Bring to a boil.

Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.

Add the corn cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning to taste and pour Lemon Pepper sauce in a small bowl for dipping, then serve immediately.
